LONG TERM CARE PHARMACY
Our Long-Term Care program provides complete medication services to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, adult foster homes and private homes. Our pharmacists specialize in medications for geriatric, behavioral health and chronic diseases. We provide custom unit-dose packaging and unique dispensing solutions to fit each patient’s needs.

We Deliver:
♦ Monday through Friday to your Facility
♦ Fax Prescriptions by 2:00pm (cut-off time), ready for pick up or delivery By 4:00pm
♦ After 4:00pm will be ready for delivery/pick-up the next day
♦ Exceptions apply to STAT orders, Antibiotics and pain medication.
